This was my first year to host Easter for the family. It was a smaller function than most but when you get alot of kids together it so much fun to see them enjoying each other. I purchased these inexpensive little buckets at Wal-mart for $1.00 and bought some scrapbook paper and ribbon at Michaels to make the tags. A few years ago I purchased a box of 500 lamination pockets. At the time, I just needed a few but somehow I have incorporated them into just about every kid function I host. They work with the heat of an iron and serve many purposes.

My neice, Hannah looked adorable in her Easter dress. I bought Logan and my nephew, Aiden a pair of sunglasses and I got the girls a silly little hat as an Easter gift. Aiden liked his shades (even though the sun hardly shined).
Some days it is just impossible to get a good picture of Logan, this was one of those days. He just refuses to look at me. So unfortunately I didn't get a lot of pictures of him in his Easter outfit. Because of my baptisim and hosting Easter dinner, I didn't have alot of time to shop but I can always find something cute at the Children's Place.
Here are the silly hats. Instead of coloring real easter eggs I purchased a marshmellow egg kit and edible markers from the local Dollar Tree (which is one of my most favorite places to shop for parties).
Logan just refused to believe that I did not buy him a hat so he borrowed one from the girls. Of course, his tattered old blanket is typically never too far out of sight.
No age limit on the easter egg hunt at our house:)
Again, Logan just would not let me take his picture.
